Lapis Lazuli is one of the most sought after stones in use since man's history began. Its deep, celestial blue remains the symbol of royalty and honor, gods and power, spirit and vision. It is a universal symbol of wisdom and truth. Wow! No wonder I so drawn to lapis! Along with it being the color of the ocean.
These lapis stones are called denim lapis due to the cornflower blue color and white cloud style inclusions. I create a fine silver bezel setting and sterling back plate. An eternity symbol is made from sterling silver textured wire which holds the stone. I add a sterling spiral to the bottom of the stone setting. I create the sterling silver ear wires.
